Diet Challenge

Training

This Diet Challenge course will not cover exercise technique (form) for weight training or include any muscle-bulking weight training program. There is an abundant number of such information, programs, formats and systems readily available through (bodybuilding and fitness) magazines, books, websites, gym staff, trainers and in other courses. Indeed it is not essential to exercise to compete in the Diet Challenge. Although we hope everyone does, if not to solely accelerate your results, for the sake of your health and developing a life long attitude towards looking after yourself.

This lesson will however explain a variety of cardio respiratory (weight) training principles,  intense interval training and long slow distance (LSD) cardio respiratory aerobic training and the benefits of each for reducing body fat.
