Dr. Ayesha Khan is a trained Infectious Disease specialist with a Masters in Public Health MPH from Indiana University, United States. At RADS she is responsible for providing technical expertise on maternal and child health issues, policy analysis and advocacy to Government officials and decision makers. Prior to joining RADS worked for 7 years in the Ministry of Health Pakistan in the National HIV program and the Health Policy Unit as the monitoring and evaluation specialist.
Her research interests are using evidence in public health decision making, maternal health behaviors and studying decision making among girls and women in rural communities.
Adnan Khan - MBBS, MS.Director
Dr. Adnan Khan is a Public Health Researcher with experience with Reproductive Health, Family Planning, HIV and Hepatitis transmission and prevention and Health Systems. He trained at the Indiana University and the Regenstrief Institute. In his work with the Health Ministry in Pakistan, he applied epidemiological and other analysis methodologies to develop evidence base to inform planning and evaluation of HIV and Family Planning programs and helped run its Health Policy Unit. Adnan has also worked closely with the WHO, the UNICEF and the UNAIDS to provide consultancy services in the Middle East and Asia. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Asian AIDS Data Hub, a core member of the UN Reference Group on HIV and Drug Use and a member of the Technical Review Panel (TRP) of the Global Fund for the Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM). He has also been an international public health faculty member at the the Vanderbilt and Indiana Universities in the USA.
Adnan leads the technical teams for research, evaluations (including theory based evaluations, in depth and complex evaluations) and in publications. Recent work includes third party validation of national family planning programs (DFID, Susan T. Buffett Foundation), measurement partner of rural family planning program (HANDS, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation), assessment of an urban program (the Sukh Initiative, Aman, Packard and Gates Foundations), Pakistan Primary Investigator for the PMA2020 (Johns Hopkins University and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) and Optifood and Cost of Diet components of the National Nutrition Survey (UNICEF, DFID)
Farrah Ahmed - M-Phil Sociology
Ms. Ahmed comes from academia where she has taught Sociology, Anthropology and Qualitative Research methods for over 12 years. She has worked extensively on understanding health systems aspects of immunization in Pakistan, as well as the cultural contexts of women's empowerment and family planning. She leads a team of 3 qualitative researchers.

Safoora Tariq Malik is working as a research analyst. She is a graduate of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). At RADS, she is actively engaged in quantitative analysis for various projects. Her expertise includes; SPSS and STATA. Simultaneously, she is working on research papers for peer reviewed publications. Besides, her responsibilities include; developing proposals and policy briefs, representing the company at external and internal meetings and assisting in project planning and management.

Have strong and tested experience in multiple Project Management, Grants and Finance Department.
